Carbon Design recently completed research on people who have been out of the workforce for an extended period of time. The goal of the project was to gather insight into the concerns and needs of this important potential workforce as they relaunch their careers. As a result of the work, Carbon will be launching a new Join Us section of the website that will address many of the needs identified in the research. Look for that to launch next month.
